We will work with you to ensure that the various members of your institution fully understand how to use the content management system and are comfortable utilizing the system to its fullest capacity. We will consider organizing the training section for a maximum of five (5) attendees from your as this will ensure and optimal training environment that encourages and effective dialogue between the trainer and the trainees. Lightworld Technologies Limited will also develop a user guide for client’s staffs that need to interact with the administrative functions of the website using the CMS. This documentation will help our clients understand and use the software application in cases of updates or uploading content.

Once we’re sure that your site is ready to be released to the public, we will deploy it on your public domain. Then, we will shift into a free monthly support process that will continue for 6 months. During that period, we will create monthly backups of your site, update scripts and plugins to maintain security and reliability, and perform layout and content updates at your request.

Once our writers, designers, and developers have finished their work, our team will get to work, testing your site’s performance and reliability. We will use various tools to benchmark your site for loading, responsiveness, and speed, while also ensuring that it works reliably on all web browsers and mobile devices.

At this stage, we will kick off the technical side of the web design process. This will include setting up your Content Management System (CMS), creating your custom theme and page designs, and setting up your website’s analytics. In addition, during this process we will use Cascading Style Sheets (CSS) to separate the underlying structure of the data from its presentation. Developing websites in CSS also allows pages to load more quickly, compatibility with multiple platforms and devices, and improved control over page display. We work with our clients to ensure optimal search engine optimization (SEO) when building websites. This helps your website to be indexed by top search engines such as Google, Yahoo and Bing by making it visible to search results that match with any of your contents.

Once we’ve agreed on a final design based on the mockups, our team will proceed with to develop the graphical interface that will represent client’s on the web and the mechanisms through which the end user will navigate and interact with the site – (optional). Lightworld Technologies Limited will focus on developing a website design for the client that uses color, font, icon and layout to stand out more, communicate effectively and ultimately be memorable. It is also important for the client to begin preparing any new content, or updating existing content as early as possible.

Once all site wireframes are completed and approved, we’ll proceed with site mockups. These add color and a bit more detail to the initial wireframes, giving us a stronger visual representation of the final product.

Wireframes are your first chance to visualize your website. While they’re not nearly as detailed as the final site will be, they give us a visual representation of the site’s overall layout.

The first order of business is to sit down with your team and create a detailed set of design and technical specifications. These specifications serve as a road-map for the rest of the web design process.
